Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED. Applicants must also have their own transportation, a valid driver’s license or learner’s permit and be eligible to work in the United States and obtain a Maryland Plumbers and HVACR license. No applicant shall be rejected because of race, color, sex or national origin. There is a non-refundable $75 processing fee, payable by major credit card when applying online. A math test, as well as a physical and drug screening will be required.
The Pipefitters Apprenticeship Program offers training at its state-of-the-art facility in Baltimore, as well as at satellite locations in Seaford, Delaware and Martinsburg, West Virginia.
Hands-on instruction is presented by experienced highly qualified trainers and instructors. The high-technology classrooms and simulation rooms are modeled for an interactive environment.
