Applications will be accepted April 3, 2017 through April 6, 2018 at the following times:
Monday-Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
There is a non-refundable processing fee of $75 due at the time of application. Credit card or Money order ONLY.
No official documents needed to apply.
